By using the Browser Toolbox website or installing any Browser Toolbox extension (together, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services.
Browser Toolbox builds lightweight browser extensions and the website that showcases them. Some extensions are free; some offer an optional one-time paid upgrade. Our tools and content are provided for general informational and productivity purposes.
Our extensions and content — including any credit, debt, budgeting, or financial templates, letters, scripts, and calculators — are provided for educational and informational purposes only. They are not legal, financial, tax, or credit-repair advice, and Browser Toolbox is not a law firm, financial advisor, lender, or “credit repair organization.” You should consult a qualified professional about your specific situation.
We do not guarantee any particular result — including any change to your credit score, the removal or deletion of any account or debt, loan or mortgage approval, or any financial outcome. Estimates, schedules, and calculators are illustrative only and may differ from real-world results.
You agree to use the Services lawfully and honestly. You will not use any template or feature to make false statements (for example, filing a false identity-theft or dispute claim), to harass anyone, or to violate any law or another person's rights. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for any documents you send.
Data you enter into our extensions is stored locally on your device — see our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for safeguarding or backing up anything important to you.
Paid upgrades are one-time purchases processed by ExtensionPay and Stripe; the price is shown at checkout. Refunds: if you're not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund your one-time payment. Filing a payment dispute or chargeback without first contacting us may result in loss of access to paid features.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for your own use. You may use and adapt the document templates for your own personal matters. You may not resell, redistribute, or repackage the extensions, their code, or their templates as your own product or service.
The Services — including their design, code, and content — are owned by Browser Toolbox and protected by applicable laws, except for third-party components used under their own licenses.
The Services rely on third parties including ExtensionPay, Stripe, and Netlify. Your use of those is also governed by their respective terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.
The Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Browser Toolbox and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim.
We may update the Services and these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Services means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.
